SWAB Mentor Applications are due no later than Wednesday, November 14th, 2018 (this includes the $20 non-refundable application fee). Applications should be placed in the SWAB box at the HELM desk and $20 application fee should be placed in an envelope available at the HELM desk with name, homeroom teacher, and t-shirt size included on the envelope.
SWAB Donations – a minimum $50 donation is due no later than Friday, November 30th, 2018. Payments may be made through MyPaymentsPlus or at the HELM desk (envelopes will be provided and students will include name and homeroom teacher). Students are encouraged to fundraise more than $50 to ensure that our Lil’ Bucs have a great experience.
ALL donations and the application fee are non-refundable.
ALL SWAB Mentor participants MUST participate in ONE SWAB Mentor Training in order to participate on Saturday, December 8th. The dates/locations are as follows:
- Monday, December 3rd, Tuesday, December 4th, Wednesday, December 5th, or Thursday, December 6th in the Theater (Begins at 7:30 AM SHARP) OR
- Tuesday, December 4th, or Thursday, December 6th (Begins at 3:45 PM SHARP) in room 2307
ALL SWAB Mentor participants MUST participate in the decorating after school on Friday, December 7th.
